History of Relo Redac, Inc.

REDAC, Inc. was founded in New York City as a wholly owned subsidiary of Tokyo Boeki Ltd. (now Tokyo Boeki Holdings Corporation)
REDAC Service Inc., a real estate financial services company, was established through a joint venture between Tokyo Boeki Ltd. and Nippon Steel Corporation (now Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation).
Opened our Westchester office.
Nippon Steel U.S.A., Inc. (now Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal U.S.A., Inc.) became a partial shareholder.
REDAC Auto Leasing Inc., an auto leasing company, was established through a joint venture with Japan Airlines Co., Ltd.
Global Real Estate USA Inc., a real estate investment firm, was established.
Relo Holdings, Inc.(now Relo Group, Inc.) became a partial shareholder.
Opened our New Jersey office.
Opened our Chicago office.
Became a consolidated subsidiary of Relo Holdings, Inc.(now Relo Group, Inc.)
Opened our Los Angeles office.
Opened our Detroit office.
Opened our San Jose office.
Changed company name from REDAC, Inc. to Relo Redac, Inc.
Extended our presence by opening our Mexico office in Irapuato, Guanajuato.
Opened our Boston office.
Opened REDAC Gateway Hotel
Opened our Long Island Office
Opened our Irvine Office
Opened our San Francisco Office
Opened our Dallas Office
